Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TMP (Tennis Mental Prep) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TMP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User License

TMP grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your personal devices. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your App Store account settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TMP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TMP expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
